After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, SAUTERELLE founder and creator Chef Lucy worked for Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Loria Stern!

While working in these kitchens and in school, she learned about the nutritional and environmental superpowers of grasshopper, and came up with the idea to elevate her new favorite delicacy in the most easy, delicious and clean way ever seen before - by turning it into a gorgeous, golden, shelf-stable broth!
