SAUTERELLE™ Classique is an exquisitely nuanced and familiarly seasoned grasshopper protein broth, evoking the nourishing comfort of warm, savory, silky broth (similar to a light ramen broth).
Sauterelle™ brewable sachets are the perfect bioavailable burst of nutrition needed to keep yourself nourished daily. The convenient sachets take up almost no room in your cupboard and fit into even the tiniest of purses for on-the-go nourishment.
One nutrient-rich serving (1 sachet) fills you with sustainable protein, essential vitamins and minerals, B vitamins, 9 essential amino acids, Omegas, Zinc, heme iron, phosphorus, fiber and so much more of the good stuff. We love to sip it in the morning instead of coffee and after a workout.
The insect-derived protein used to create our bespoke brewable broth is zero-waste farmed, has an incredibly low water footprint, produces nearly 0 greenhouse gas emissions, is vertically farmed, and is the superior sustainable protein source.

You will receive: 4 brewable broth sachets
For 1 serving:
Drop 1 sachet into 1 cup of boiled water
Stir for 10 seconds every 2 minutes, ready in 10 minutes
Using the backside of the spoon as you would with a regular teabag, very gently press the sachet against the side of the cup or bowl to get as much of remaining liquid out as you can. Our bespoke sachets are compostable and biodegradable, and are made from wood pulp fibers - please do not press too hard or your sachet may tear.
There could be a very small amount of liquid remaining in the sachet after you press the liquid out - that’s totally normal. It only takes 10 minutes for all of the nutrients to steep into your vessel.
Discard of sachet after 1 use. It is not recommended to use more than once.
